DA Integrators is seeking candidates to immediately provide on-site support and tools to augment and enhance forces and operations. DA Integrators has been providing solutions for high profile military programs.
Required Security Clearance: Candidates must have at a minimum a current secret clearance with an investigation close-out date less than 6 years old to be considered. Candidates must be able to be cleared for additional special security accesses (SAP) and a top secret clearance to perform the work.
Job Description and Duties:
- Brief JFACC on integrated standoff munitions plan for approval
- Execute DIRLAUTH w/USSTRATCOM, USSOCOM, GCCs, HQAF, and MAJCOMs/NAFs command and control elements/SMEs
- Develop integrative operational-level planning of conventional kinetic and non-kinetic joint stand-off munitions
- Facilitate effective, efficient employment of AF, joint, and coalition long-range stand-off weapons to meet CCDR objectives
- Develop, sustain, and enhance the processes of the Stand-off Munitions Application Center to meet tactical unit and CCMD requirements
- Coordinate with PACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, USFK, CENTCOM, NORTHCOM, and STRATCOM in the development of their major CCMD war plans, analyzing projected blue and red force capabilities, determining deficiencies/gaps in tactics, rules of engagement, and capabilities, and recommending solutions to mitigate noted deficiencies and improve plan success, particularly with respect to standoff munitions and the integration of such
- Coordinate standoff munitions plans integrated with electronic attack, cyber, and space effects. Coordinates the command and control, frequently separated geographically
- Coordinate directly with the joint warfighter to support daily combat operations with rapid dynamic integration of standoff munitions
- Coordinate with CCMD J2/J3/J5/J6/J7 on policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for operational and exercise support to their respective Joint Force Commanders (JFCs) and Combatant Command (CCMD)
- Continually interface with CCMD staffs in the planning/execution of combat operations, development of their major war plans, and advocacy in integrated, collaborative mission planning particularly with standoff munitions
- Interact with DoD, Joint Staff, interagency, and intergovernmental organizations integration issues in support of the CCMDs
- Interactions include direct face-to-face, collaborative internet sessions, VTCs, and briefings/reports.
- Coordinate with CCMD J2/J3/J5/J6/J7 on policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for operational and exercise support to their respective Joint Force Commanders (JFCs) and Combatant Command (CCMD)
- Work closely with the geographic combatant commands to implement collaborative planning, integrating CCMD J2, J3, J6, and cyberspace efforts
Qualifications:
- Secret personnel security clearance
- Demonstrated TLAM planner proficiency with Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) mission planning system
- At least one year of specialized experience, including expert knowledge of TLAM operation, testing, training principles, concepts, directives, practices, tactics, and techniques
- Knowledge of photogrammetric theory and techniques in measurement and location positioning of imaged objects
- Knowledge of command and control relationships within USPACOM, subordinate commands and higher headquarters
- Experience supporting AOC operations within classified environments to include SIPRNet and JWICS.
- Demonstrated proficiency using unclassified Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and classified SIPRNet network enterprise environments
- Demonstrated mastery of combat air force principles, concepts, directives, practices, analytical methods and techniques and seasoned consultative skill sufficient to resolve internal problems not susceptible to treatment by standard methods. Typical problems addressed are beyond normal day-to-day route processes and procedures
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment and improvement of TLAM operations
- Knowledge of overall performance factors for TLAM
- Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures
- Ability to plan, organize, and integrate TLAM tactics techniques and procedures, and employment practices with SMAC JASSM, MALD, and CALCM planners. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiating complex issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or Computer Information Systems related degree required or equivalent related military work experience (United States Air Force [USAF], United States Navy [USN] or United States Marine Corp [USMC])
- Rated officer experience
- Participation in AOC and combatant command exercises or operations. Real world contingency experience is highly desired
- Completion of a formal C2 FTU AOCIQTSYS and/or AOCIQTNET course or equivalent
