In 1976 I was hired by Mallory Data as an executive search consultant. I specialized in the information technology arena. In 1978 I was made a partner in the firm. Two years later I broke off from Mallory Data to open My own company Project Objectives Executive Search firm. We grew to two offices and 57 recruiters staffing software development engineers for the IBM 3090x series. In 1980 I brought my brother Ron Kronen to join me as my partner as we became a family business of us 2 Brothers. For the next 4 years, we built a strong prosperous business. Unfortunately, in 1987 I became very ill with cancer and decided to sell the business so I could concentrate full-time on healing, convalescing, and beating my cancer. My brother remained on with the new management. After recovering and beating my cancer I bought a BOAR’S HEAD Provision distributorship in Brooklyn N.Y. Thirty-two years later I sold that business and I’m proud and delighted to be back with my brother as a partner in DA INTEGRATORS specializing in Defense and Aerospace IT Consulting and staffing.
