Ron is a Sr. Partner/CEO at Staff IT Enterprises; we specialize in Global Talent Acquisition, servicing professional advisory solutions within a wide array of industries/technical platforms.. his career has spanned 4 decades and was a principal partner at Project Objectives LLC. (an IBM alliance company) Later he joined an Oracle Business Alliance Member, DataForce UK, as the Director of Recruiting (South Eastern USA and Latin America.) After his stay with DataForce, Ron started ERP Source, which evolved into The SourceGroup. After a successful merger with American Recruiters Intl., he moved forward with the startup of E-TECH SOLUTIONS (silicon chip development) later he started KRÖN-TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (SAP IT Consulting/Staffing firm for ERP Architecture) Today and since May 2008 he is CEO of Staff IT Enterprises a business conglomerate that supports outsourced recruitment solutions / and the COO of Defense Aerospace Integrators, a joint Military Integration Consulting firm. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland where he studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world and is trilingual.

In 1976 I was hired by Mallory Data as an executive search consultant. I specialized in the information technology arena. In 1978 I was made a partner in the firm. Two years later I broke off from Mallory Data to open My own company Project Objectives Executive Search firm. We grew to two offices and 57 recruiters staffing software development engineers for the IBM 3090x series. In 1980 I brought my brother Ron Kronen to join me as my partner as we became a family business of us 2 Brothers. For the next 4 years, we built a strong prosperous business. Unfortunately, in 1987 I became very ill with cancer and decided to sell the business so I could concentrate full-time on healing, convalescing, and beating my cancer. My brother remained on with the new management. After recovering and beating my cancer I bought a BOAR’S HEAD Provision distributorship in Brooklyn N.Y. Thirty-two years later I sold that business and I’m proud and delighted to be back with my brother as a partner in DA INTEGRATORS specializing in Defense and Aerospace IT Consulting and staffing.

Utilizing her 10 plus years of experience in management, she directs her team using a milestone based approach to meeting deadlines, while liaising with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
